Gwen Mary Chapman nee(Donovan)

On June 14 2026, peacefully, after a long illness surrounded by her family at Addington Gardens Care Centre, aged 81 years. Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Bevan and Nicky, Warren and Rose, Steven and Karalyn, Karen and Peter, the late AJ, and Kate.
