Sweeney, Sean Michael. On Sunday, August 23, 2026; aged 53 years. Beloved father of Kate and Anna. Loved son of Mick and Elaine, beloved brother and brother-in-law of Damon and Sarah and a loved uncle of Bella, and Cooper. The family wish to acknowledge the tender care extended by the staff at Nurse Maude Hospice.
