Reuben John Alexander

Reuben John Alexander, on Saturday, 24th January 2026, passed unexpectedly after a very short illness at Christchurch Hospital; Aged 29 years old. Dearly loved son of Ingrid and Richard, and stepson of Mark and Penny. Much-loved brother and brother-in-law of Leo and Sam, Isaac and Kirsten, Jacob and Lana, and Erika. Loved Grandson of the late Leo and Jeanne de Rooy, Gavin and the late Diane Aston, Lynn and the late David Lyndon. A dearly loved nephew cousin, uncle and friend to many.

Though you have left us, your legacy, along with your heartbeat will remain forever.

Messages to the Alexander family, c/o PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. A Funeral Service for Reuben will be held in the Halswell Hornets Rugby League Club on Monday, 2nd of February, at 1pm. Friends and Family are welcome to wear their Crusaders jerseys in memory of Reuben.
