Peacefully with family by her side, on Friday, March 21, 2025, at Cashmere View Care Home, in her 96^th year. Loved wife of the late Laurie, beloved mother and mother-in-law of the late Paul and Nichola and Rod and Ange, treasured Grandma of Dale, Kelly and Jarmen; Dan and Jenna, Lauren and Ty, Gerry and Alyssa, and proud Great-Grandma of Otto. Much loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Jean and Jock Docherty and the late Mavis and Charlie Jones, loved Aunt and Great-Aunt of all her nieces and nephews and treasured friend of Nora Williams and the late Dorothy Graham. A Celebration of Alma’s life will be held in the Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, TOMORROW (Thursday) at 2.00pm. In recognition of Alma’s love of fashion, handbags, shoes and sparkles please feel free to wear something colourful and sparkly.
